When a 16-year old was killed in a drive-by shooting in downtown Wilmington NC, it sparked local resident, George Taylor, into action; embarking on a series of conversations with rival gangs. From this 3-year long journey a common understanding, trust and an economic opportunity was forged.

To drive Airaid to capture its rightful place as engine enhancement category founders and obvious go-to – Soldier worked directly with the K&N Powerhouse brand management team to re-build the brand from the ground up, and the engine out. Soldier took Airaid from a products and engineering brand, to becoming the undisputed champions and emotional owners of all road adventures.
To realize Butcher Box’s mission of making high-quality, all natural meat more accessible to everyone, Soldier worked in venture partnership directly with CEO Mike Salguero – to create not just a brand and identity, but an entire global food delivery ecosystem. From defining every aspect of the company to a highly successful crowdfunding campaign that amplified the company’s capitalization – Soldier and Butcher Box is a textbook DTC success story.
As the original Agency Partner for Canada Goose, Soldier worked directly with CEO, Dani Reiss and Chief Marketing Officer, Kevin Spreekmeester over 5 years to transition the brand from an arctic specialty gear manufacturer to a global luxury lifestyle icon.
Working with Tarek Hassan, CEO and Founder of the burgeoning local Boston streetwear and collab brand, Soldier supercharged Concepts’ visual identity and transformed the retail experience and store-in-store boutiques – while also bringing iconic footwear collab partners to the table, leading a global expansion, and bringing the Concepts experience to women with an entirely new spin-off brand: VRSNL.
It’s no longer enough to have a product rooted in social good, a clean supply chain, and rock solid intentions. Even an eco-friendly footwear brand needs to be carefully built and cultivated from the ground up – to be culturally relevant, create buzz, and motivate and inspire people. That’s exactly what Soldier did, collaborating closely with Earth’s Director of Marketing, Katie Dobbs. For Gen Z and engaged Millennials, we turned a better choice of footwear, into a better way of life.
