Challenge: The American meat supply chain was predominantly based on industrialized farming and biologically engineered meats.
In order to become attainable, Butcher Box’s simple concept of delivering high quality, all natural meat to American families required a complete reassessment of the food system as a whole.
Strategic Approach: We set out to create a global food delivery ecosystem that was focused on animal welfare, supporting farmers, treating our planet with respect while upholding the values of diversity, equity and inclusion. In doing so, Butcher Box raised the standard and experience of quality organic meats, salmon and poultry.
