I’ve spent over ten years in professional cycling, and a lifetime learning team dynamics —
– lessons such as the value of empathy, and killing people with kindness have served me well. And the power of business aikido– using someone’s own energy and direction to gently shift them in a desired direction. You can’t always be the MVP, my job is to make those around me better. And that same team inspires me to be a better leader.
Though I’ve enjoyed roles around the world leading countless sectors, industries, and brands in the digital and marcomms space – I’m beyond fortunate to have found the apex of my career helping to build SLDR.
